Why Easy-Meezee

I created a blog gulai-tempoyak.blogspot.com to share my experiences and ideas in the Malay language. I know, using the Malay language, I can only reach 200 million people.  Whereas the earthlings have billions.

I've had a blog fikirkanlahtarmize.blogspot.com. I've been writing in this blog for a long time too. This blog discusses serious things.  I want to talk to readers casually even if the things I write are serious. I stopped writing in this blog until I created a gulai-tempoyak blog.

I want my writing to reach out to not just Malay-speaking readers. The best way is to write in the world language today, which is English. I am not fluent in English, but media technology makes it possible for anyone to write in a language that is not their native language and by using a translator application, we can translate it into the language we want.

I created a new blog easy-meezee.blogspot.com for sharing purposes in English. Why is it easy-meezee?

I remember when I was in elementary school, my school received volunteers from America under the Peacecorp program. Her name is Diane Saturnino, wondering also why I remember her name. I was in 5 or 6th grade.

When she got to know us, she asked us our names, when she arrived at me, she couldn't quite pronounce my name. So, she called me by the name Ezi. Apparently, this spelling was Easy who was told by a friend. It means it's easy. While meezee is from the end of my name Tarmize. Mize became meezee. So be easy-meezee.

My wish is that my writing will be easy to read like my blog's name. I hope my blog is easy to search on the Internet. Happy reading.
